❖ Work independently and manage multiple projects simultaneously with time management and prioritization skills.

❖ Oversee on-site management and coordination during events.

❖ Act as a resource for speakers, sponsors, exhibitors and attendees as a source of event knowledge and customer service.

❖ Review event success metrics to identify growth opportunities and strategies to implement event planning improvements.

  • Managing department & event budgets including contracts, purchase orders and invoicing.
  • Innovating accounting, database, and reporting procedures to streamline workflow.
  • Hospitality & customer experience excellence.
  • Data-driven mindset focused on setting and measuring ROI, KPIs and pipeline metrics.

❖ 2 years of,

  • Managing large corporate events & conferences, 1.5k+ attendees with over $500K+ budget.
  • Coordinating project management for an event calendar with over 100+ events/year, owning 50+ events.
  • C-level, Exec, State and Federal communications.
  • Non-profit / member association experience.

  • Working knowledge of: Salesforce; and general CRMs, project management software, registration software, proprietary payment portals, and database systems.
  • Very comfortable with computers and interested in emerging technologies.
  • Ability to quickly learn and use new tools and programs.
